PT Eval & Treatment
If your child has been referred for a physical therapy evaluation by their pediatrician due to concerns about their Gross Motor Development or any other diagnosis, please consider FUNdamental Therapy to provide this service.
A comprehensive physical therapy evaluation will be conducted to assess your child’s strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture, movement quality and developmental level. Extensive medical history, movement and gait analysis, and standardized testing will be performed. A full report will be issued, complete with recommendations for further goal oriented treatment, follow-up visits, and equipment and/or orthotics (if needed). An individualized home exercise program will be issued. Treatment frequency and intensity will be determined based on the severity of the need.
